Job summary

Cavender's in McAllen, TX is seeking a Key Carrier to support daily store operations and customer service. You will assist customers, drive sales, and guide associates to meet performance goals, while upholding Cavender’s culture and standards.

As Manager on Duty, you’ll open/close the store, supervise staff, address customer needs, handle returns, and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment aligned with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive our Mission, Vision.
• Be able to perform the tasks of a Cashier and Sales.
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour.
• Act as Manager on Duty and supervise store associates.
• Open and close store and address customer needs.
• Handle returns and assist with associate assignments.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit, and reducing expenses.
• Train store staff and ensure neat, professional appearance.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment and report incidents.
• Understand and execute all company policies and loss prevention measures.
