Responsibilities

• Support the Cavender's Culture and drive our Mission, Vision, and values.
• Be able to perform the tasks of a Cashier and Sales.
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour.
• Act as Manager on Duty and supervise store associates to deliver Best of the WEST customer service and drive sales.
• Open and close the store, address customer needs, handle returns.
• Assist in the training of store associates and keep the store neat and presentable.
• Contribute to a safe store environment and report safety incidents to leadership.
