You will lead staffing, training, and store communications to align with brand standards and company directives, supporting inclusive, high-performance store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong judgment and business pulse awareness.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to drive sales, service and operations.
• Coach and develop team to achieve targets and a high NPS.
• Open/close store as assigned as the manager on duty.
• Lead by example and reinforce company values.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff.
• Assist in recruiting and maintaining an inclusive store environment.
• Utilize store reports to inform decisions and drive growth.
• Support training on internal operational processes and branding initiatives.
