Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Associate Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and enhance client experiences. You will lead a team, coach associates, manage cash handling, and uphold Lilly Pulitzer visual standards.

The role requires 2+ years in fashion/retail, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, in-store role with opportunities for overtime and standard company benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Focus on achieving and exceeding daily sales goals using KPI metrics.
• Utilize company training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to help support the creation of clear actions plans that optimize financial results.
• Understand Lilly Pulitzer concept, lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage.
• Ensure Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and client experience; resolve client issues or escalate as needed.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching with actionable feedback to associates.
• Maintain cash transaction accuracy and protect store assets.
• Uphold Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards.
