Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to assist with daily store operations, drive sales, and elevate client experiences in our Virginia retail location. You will oversee a division, coach team members, and ensure cash controls and visual standards are upheld.

This full-time, in-store role requires 2+ years in fashion/retail, superb communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Communicate company emails, initiatives, and announcements to the store team.
• Provide in the moment coaching with feedback and drive team selling for an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management and visual/operational standards.
• Safeguard the assets of the store and support orientation of new staff.
