Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Store Manager to drive budgeted net sales and profit at our in-store location. You will lead client experiences, staff, and operations while upholding the brand’s sunny, casual glamour ethos and core values.

Qualifications

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Prior knowledge of XStore & Tulip is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed direct contribution and budgeted net sales.
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic, improve client experience, and support sales and operations teams.
• Create strategies that deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual results while maximizing productivity.
• Plan and execute local events that tie to the community and fuel incremental traffic and sales.
• Build leadership teams and coach associates to cultivate high-performing teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional partners and maintain store inventory integrity.
