Job summary

Specialized in Anaheim Hills, CA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to balance exceptional retail operations with a passion for riders and the brand. You’ll act as a host, brand advocate, and customer service ace, working with staff and local riders to deliver standout experiences and education-based events.

You will collaborate across teams to support store events, education, and brand/retail innovation, while helping to meet sales and profitability goals set by the Store Manager and Retail

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand is essential.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for riders and team members.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team development.
• Coach and support retail teammates to deliver brand experiences.
• Help drive profitability and store performance.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and customer care.
• Coordinate with service and operations to meet delivery targets.
