Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for BikeSource in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will lead daily retail operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional rider service while supporting profitability goals set by the Store Manager.

You will partner with service and operations teams to manage schedules, inventory, events, and customer relationships, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for riders and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Former retail experience with 1+ years preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as business dictates.
• Ability to stand for long periods; may kneel or reach.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and use proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team development.
• Support store profitability and run-cost management to contribute to topline revenue.
• Deliver exceptional rider service and foster transformative brand experiences.
• Collaborate with service and operations to manage inventory and events.
