Job summary

Specialized is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Rock ’n’ Road Anaheim Hills location. This role blends retail operations leadership with a passion for people, delivering standout rider experiences and brand advocacy.

You will work hands-on with staff and local riders to host events, educate customers, and drive service excellence. You will partner with the Store Manager to optimize scheduling, inventory control, and team development while striving to exceed sales and profitability

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Act as store’s representative and lead retail teammates.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, inventory, and team development.
• Coach and support staff to deliver outstanding rider experiences.
• Help drive profitability by meeting store targets and contributing to revenue goals.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service across the store.
