You’ll own inventory flow, visual standards, and in-store activations, while engaging customers and the online community. The role requires 3+ years of retail experience, strong coaching skills, high energy, and comfort on camera.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in high-volume or mall environments.
• Proven ability to coach and train others on selling skills.
• High energy and a bias for action—you don’t wait to fix a display or help a customer.
• Comfortable being on camera and engaging with social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Active Floor Presence: lead on the sales floor, ensuring 100% guest coverage.
• Instant Coaching: provide in-the-moment feedback to associates and drive KPIs.
• People-first Expert: train the team in Comfrt selling style as peers, not transactions.
• Visual Merchandising & Inventory Flow: own back-to-front product lifecycle; ensure floor-ready shipments within 24 hours.
• Replenishment Ownership: manage daily replenishment and keep high-demand styles front and center.
• Visual Standards: audit the floor hourly to maintain premium brand standards.
