Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a dynamic Sales Floor Lead in Bloomington, IN to drive the vibe, coach in real time, and keep our store visually stunning and fully stocked.

You will train associates, model the Comfrt selling style, and ensure every customer enjoys a world-class experience while supporting high-energy activations and social content creation.

This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and peak-season availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a high-volume mall environment.
• Proven ability to coach and train others on selling skills.
• High energy and a bias for action; you don’t wait to fix a display or help a customer.
• Comfortable being on camera and engaging with social media trends.
• Available for peak retail periods including Black Friday and the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and coach in real time to drive KPIs (Conversion, UPT, AOV).
• Own visual merchandising and inventory flow; ensure floor-ready shipments within 24 hours.
• Manage daily replenishment and keep high-demand styles front and center.
