Job summary

Comfrt is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our first retail location at Mall of America. You will be the Store Manager’s right-hand partner, overseeing training, development, and performance of the team while driving the brand’s people-first vibe both in-store and online.

You will manage daily sales, KPIs, and P&L with a focus on coaching, scheduling, inventory, and visual standards. This role requires energy, creativity, and a passion for mental wellness advocacy in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with 2+ years in a high-volume management role.
• Proven ability to motivate others and drive results.
• Strong conflict-resolution and team-building skills.
• Willingness to work full availability, including peak retail periods.
• Experience with scheduling software and labor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard team; educate on product science and mental wellness advocacy.
• Recruit and interview top-tier talent.
• Provide real-time coaching on the sales floor to achieve targets and uphold brand vibe.
• Own daily sales goals and coach on Conversion, UPT, and AOV.
• Review store P&L with SM to understand expenses and profit drivers.
• Implement floor strategies to hit KPIs based on traffic trends.
• Create weekly schedules and ensure optimal coverage while managing labor budget.
• Lead replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
