Job summary

The Children's Place in Grove City, PA is seeking a part-time Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. The role includes cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD) to deliver a premier customer experience.

Responsibilities include training associates, coaching, handling payroll, scheduling adjustments, and maintaining store standards while representing the brand professionally to customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide objective feedback promptly.
• Drive performance feedback during daily interactions and annual reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor and maintain brand standards.
• Support management to maximize productivity through knowledge, service, and initiatives.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) to enhance customer experience and store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and ensure CRE standards & safety.
