Job summary

The Children's Place in Houston, TX is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing duties, and Leader on Duty (LOD) responsibilities. You will uphold brand standards, engage customers, and develop associates to drive store profitability.

You will collaborate with management to optimize payroll, scheduling, and store initiatives while delivering exceptional service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and training of associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Lead on Duty responsibilities to deliver exceptional customer experience and store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and help manage store scheduling.
