Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support training and development initiatives across the team.
• Provide direct, timely feedback while maintaining brand standards.
• Motivate staff to build brand loyalty and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example with customer engagement on the sales floor.
• Support store productivity through knowledge and initiatives.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive profitability and payroll.
• Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and adhere to CRE standards & safety.
