Job summary

The Children's Place Amarillo store is seeking a part-time Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will handle cash-wrap, opening/closing, and act as Leader on Duty, representing the brand with professionalism.

You will coach associates, monitor store standards, drive customer service, and participate in payroll and scheduling to optimize store profitability. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations including cash-wrap, opening and closing procedures.
• Serve as Leader on Duty (LOD) and drive store profitability through payroll.
• Coach and train associates with timely, objective feedback.
• Maintain store standards and engage customers on the sales floor.
• Ensure safety/CRE standards and support scheduling and planning.
