Grange Co-op in White City, OR is seeking a store supervisor who can step in for the location manager and ensure top customer service. You will oversee merchandising, staff scheduling, and day-to-day operations to maintain product presentation and store standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• In the absence of the location manager or assistant manager, manage the store to ensure high customer service.
• Make break schedules and complete timesheets.
• Direct personnel in daily tasks assigned by location management.
• Ensure staff stay on task through follow-up and delegation.
• Review staff performance and coach as needed.
• Train employees to grow in current roles and future opportunities.
• Participate in ad sets, inventory, freight flow, and cycle counts.
• Approve returns and discounts in the absence of management.
• Ensure signing, displays and safety concerns are addressed.
• Open and close procedures; balance cash drawer and safe daily.
