Job summary

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the location manager or assistant manager, manage the store to ensure high service levels.
• Create break schedules and complete timesheets.
• Direct personnel in daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure staff stay on task with follow up and delegation.
• Train and develop employees for current roles and future growth.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions; manage safe and change orders.
• Maintain merchandising, product presentation, and dated goods rotation.
