Job summary

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the location manager or assistant manager, manage the store to ensure top customer service.
• Create break schedules and complete timesheets.
• Direct personnel in daily tasks and delegate effectively.
• Review staff performance and coach as needed.
• Train and develop employees for current roles and future growth.
• Participate in inventory, freight flow, and cycle counts.
• Ensure store is recovered, merchandise faced, and dated goods rotated.
• Balance cash drawer and handle daily cash and weekly change orders.
