Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Florida LLC in Ponce De Leon, FL is seeking a Part-time Third Keyholder to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain accurate inventory. You will back up the Store Manager with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-stocked.

You will engage customers, drive add-on sales, and coordinate with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives to team.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and thank customers while driving sales.
• Open/close duties when manager absent and ensure store readiness.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with deliveries and shelving.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Uphold store appearance and asset protection measures.
