Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Florida LLC in Georgia is seeking a part-time associate to deliver excellent customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and process sales using the POS system.

You'll support store operations by unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, maintaining clean conditions, and aiding the Store Manager with daily tasks. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives to others.
• Experience in retail, grocery or drug store management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers and resolve inquiries.
• Increase sales through suggestive selling and add-on items.
• Keep store clean and well-stocked.
• Handle cash and transactions via POS system.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves.
• Support Store Manager and open/close duties when needed.
• Complete Position Based Training.
• Follow company policies.
• All other duties as assigned.
