Job summary

GoPuff is hiring a Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales across our BRS retail locations in Kentucky. The role involves cashier duties, inventory maintenance, and assisting with promotions while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate is 21+, flexible for nights/weekends/holidays, with at least 1 year in retail or customer service and strong interpersonal skills. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Desire to continuously develop retail sales skills and knowledge of products and services
• One year as a store associate or customer service representative
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team relations
• Positive and engaging attitude and demeanor
• This job requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about BRS products and services
• Drive sales by knowledge of BRS products and recommendations
• Replenish and maintain inventory
• Perform cashier functions and handle transactions
• Operate scanners and cash registers; manage coupons and gift cards
• Ensure price accuracy and provide receipts; process refunds and exchanges
• Balance register drawer and bag purchases securely
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
• Support promotions and event setup
• Follow vehicle policies and safety guidelines for deliveries
