Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Third Key Holder for Yale Village in Tulsa, OK. The role opens and closes the store, serves customers, and ensures safe, efficient operations while upholding the customer-first policy. You will gain experience leading when managers are away and handling POS tasks.

Compensation is hourly from $15.50 to $19 with tips and team discounts. This position requires 18+ years, a valid driver's license, and weekend availability for closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners is vital at Hollywood Feed.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and ensure readiness for business operations.
• Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of management.
• Greet and assist customers per company standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products to address needs of pets and customers.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Train and support new employees, work independently or as a team.
• Maintain weekend availability including closing 3 nights per week.
• Unload and stock deliveries; operate POS system and process transactions.
• Participate in weekly store maintenance and price updates.
• Perform additional administrative duties and drive delivery orders as needed.
