Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team in Texas. The role supports the store's culture and day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide.

Responsabilités

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Perform tasks of Cashier and Sales Associate.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned with day-to-day store management duties.
• Open and close store as directed and address customer complaints.
• Handle returns and exchanges.
• Assist in increasing sales and controlling expenses using key metrics.
• Help train store associates and keep the store clean and presentable.
