Job summary

You will recruit and train staff, leverage store reports to guide decisions, and help deliver an engaging, inclusive customer experience aligned with company directives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations when assigned as the manager on duty.
• Model company values and lead by example as an active coach.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to ensure staff are equipped to maximize business.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Support management in achieving store business plans including sales, customer service and operations.
• Use store reports to understand decisions that drive the store business.
• Drive business outreach opportunities and relay leads to the Store Manager.
• Identify performance opportunities and contribute to development plans.
• Train store staff on internal operational functions and directs programs to increase efficiency.
