Job summary

Tailored Brands in Omaha, NE seeks a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and store ops. You’ll coach team members, manage on-duty responsibilities, and help maintain brand standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on training across store operations. As on-duty lead, you will interpret store reports, support staffing, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology systems and POS.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work across multiple brands/sites when requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when assigned as the manager on duty.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and a positive store culture.
• Maintain store readiness to brand standards and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in regular store meetings and communicate priorities effectively.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store team members.
