Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead at our Omaha, NE location. This role supports the Store Manager to coach a sales team, drive performance, and maintain an exceptional customer experience on busy retail floors.

As the manager on duty, you will open/close the store, review reports, and help recruit and train staff while ensuring adherence to brand standards and store programs. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
