Responsibilities

• Assists the Store/Facility Manager in operating a retail store, donation processing center, and/or warehouse.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage store associates, donations, processing, stock rotation, inventory, and sales.
• Lead and train team members; coach as needed; ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
