Job summary

Ampersand Brands, parent of Lolli & Pops, is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for the Jordan Creek Town Center location in West Des Moines, IA. You will lead a team, support store operations, and promote guest engagement in a fast-paced candy retail environment.

You will drive sales, coach staff, manage scheduling and training, and ensure the store upholds brand standards and customer experiences. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience hiring/training staff preferred
• Sales-driven with ability to coach others
• Experience operating a POS system
• Merchandising and store presentation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations
• Hire, train, and motivate team members
• Drive store KPI targets and guest engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Oversee inventory and ordering processes
