Ampersand Brands is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for its Lolli & Pops store in Des Peres, MO. You will play a key role on the leadership team, guiding daily operations, guest experience, and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience hiring, training, and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and achieve KPI targets.
• Engage guests with excellent service and product knowledge.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales.
• Assist in hiring, training and motivating staff.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Represent the Lolli & Pops brand both inside and outside the store.
