Job summary

Ampersand Brands is hiring a full‑time Assistant Manager for a Lolli & Pops store in Bellevue. The role supports the Store Manager, drives guest engagement, and leads daily store operations, including inventory, ordering, and coaching a team.

You’ll be scheduled 32+ hours per week and eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. We foster a sweet, optimistic culture and encourage first opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

• Be able to stand and walk for 8 hours or more per shift.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a point‑of‑sale system and handle small objects.

Responsibilities

• Drive store financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action.
• Focus the team on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling and product knowledge.
• Coach selling skills and lead by example to maximize sales.
• Help hire, train, develop and motivate team members.
• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations, ordering and inventory.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently.
• Champion the Lolli & Pops brand inside and outside the store.
