Responsibilities

• Lead on Duty to coach Cast Members and uphold exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the Disney Store mission and brand through effective communication and passion.
• Be accountable for high performance, productivity, and morale of the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into priorities and actions.
• Monitor store metrics (Mystery Shop, sales KPIs, controllable expenses) and adjust as needed.
• Ensure store open/close procedures comply with policy and maintain professional appearance.
