The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Lead Sales for the ARC Family Store in Corona. You will partner with the Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor staff while ensuring security and donor relations.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience with supervisory exposure; background checks are required. This position is part-time with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a minimum of one-year previous retail experience and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donor.

Responsabilidades

• Takes an active role and partners with the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assumes responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager.
• Assists Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive store sales.
• Schedule Store Employees to ensure appropriate coverage; coach, train and develop staff.
• Ensure high levels of Customer and Donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
• BRP – Support Back Room Processing to meet daily processing goals.
• Supervision and reporting of program Beneficiaries when Work Therapy Assignments are in place.
• Protection and security of store currency, inventory, and property; manage deposits and building security.
• Ensure building is secured during non-operating hours; assist with weekly store meetings.
• May transfer to other stores based on business needs.
