Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as a front-line brand ambassador in our Dallas-area stores. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence while guiding staff through product options and transactions.

Responsibilities include handling cash, educating customers, processing loans and check cashing, and adhering to federal/state regulations. Travel within the district may be required; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure, this may not include public transportation, transportation from family or friends, must maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company.
• Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to manager, DDO, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries regarding general questions, customer applications, requests, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls following regulations.
• Respond professionally to customers and ensure they feel supported.
• Handle and count currency and cash, manage a cash drawer.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree.
• Other duties as assigned.
