Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, showing integrity and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include cash handling, closing procedures, recording daily operations, pricing and stocking donations, as well as textile/tagging tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lead or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
• Prepares and maintains records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports.
• Cash register/customer service.
• Receiving, pricing and stocking donations.
• Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production setting.
