Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or college degree) as stated.
• Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills required.
• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Serve Safe Certification is required.
• Training will be provided on duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards, handling cash and records
• Uphold food safety standards during preparation and serving of food
• Prepare food neatly, according to formula, in a timely manner
• Train, coach, and supervise staff; recruit and terminate as necessary
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment; be dependable and professional
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Communicate daily issues and challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures around Safety and Operational Excellence are followed
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect
