Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and assist in achieving sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely product replenishment.
• Promote inventory integrity through proper receiving, shipping, and loss prevention.
• Engage with the local community through events and initiatives.
