Qualifications

• 1+ year retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support the store leadership team to maximize profitability.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and timely product flow.
• Train and onboard new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies.
