The role requires 2+ years in retail management, strong communication, and flexibility to cover nights/weekends/holidays. Monetary compensation reflects hourly pay and benefits available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Handle cash, schedule, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
