Vuori is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead the sales team and elevate the customer experience. You will supervise daily store operations, mentor staff, and ensure store standards across merchandising, inventory, and customer engagement.

A strong emphasis on product knowledge and proactive customer service supports growth and brand values. You will participate in coordinating store activities, restocking, and maintaining visual merchandising while ensuring timely open/close

• Stay informed on new products and best sellers and share updates with customers and team.
• Lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate the sales team and help reach sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Develop product knowledge across fashion and active-wear trends to serve as a customer expert.
• Oversee inventory needs and communicate restock priorities to support business goals.
• Assist in processing shipments and maintain backroom organization and merchandising standards.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed with safety and accountability.
