Job summary

Vuori is redefining athletic apparel with a casual aesthetic designed for everyday life. The Retail Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading a sales team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining Vuori’s standards and brand values on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes forging customer connections, product knowledge, and a positive, energetic leadership style in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work mornings and/or evenings, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships, handles concerns proactively.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding sales and sharing Vuori’s brand values.
• Lead day-to-day store ops when Store Manager is away and drive sales goals.
• Maintain backroom, stocking, merchandising and cleanliness to support the customer experience.
