Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help the Store Manager lead the retail team, connect with customers, and communicate Vuori's brand values through product knowledge and a positive attitude.

You will foster an outstanding customer experience, manage daily store operations, and drive sales while maintaining Vuori's standards in customer experiences. This role includes weekend shifts and availability for 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and lead the sales team.
• Own the sales floor and ensure customer experience is the first priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, check sizes, and advise customers on merchandise fit.
• Engage customers about product details and future events.
• Lead day-to-day store operations when Store Manager is absent.
