Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team and driving customer service excellence.
• Ability to train and mentor new hires and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of cash handling, POS operations, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Empower associates to build customer relationships through product knowledge and guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and upsell with up-to-date promotions.
• Enroll guests in rewards programs and capture insights to improve experiences.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct daily checks, and support checkout operations.
• Open/close store, perform cash reconciliation, and ensure SOP compliance.
