Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in Jamestown, ND to lead a store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with SOPs while opening and closing the store and handling cash and POS duties. Must be 21+, with a HS diploma and retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• Experience in retail store operations including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.

• Empower associates to build customer relationships through product guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and upselling on the floor.
