Job summary

Curaleaf seeks a Lead Store Associate at the Jamestown, ND location to guide a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead daily operations, ensure compliance, manage opening and closing, and coach associates to provide knowledgeable product guidance.

This full-time role requires 21+, HS diploma or GED, POS experience, and 6 months in leadership or store operations. The position offers pay of $18.50-$20.50 per hour plus tips, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year in customer-facing or sales role.
• 1 year of POS/cash handling experience.
• 6 months leadership in retail.
• 6 months store operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive consultative selling and product education.
• Manage opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and POS profiles.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
• Uphold SOPs, safety, and compliance.
