Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals as manager on duty.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Support management in achieving store business plans and monitoring reports.
• Drive business outreach opportunities and relay leads to Store Manager.
• Ensure staffing to execute initiatives and train staff on operational functions.
• Maintain brand standards and marketing execution.
• Conduct regular store meetings and ensure customer service expectations are met.
• Provide motivational leadership and develop high performing teams.
• Handle customer feedback to improve service.
• Work across multiple brands/sites when needed.
