Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead store staff, drive sales, and ensure service excellence. You will coach teams, recruit staff, and uphold inclusive practices while aligning with brand standards and operational goals.

You will leverage store data to guide decisions, train personnel, and coordinate across shifts and locations to maximize customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business acumen.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
• Able to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• May work across multiple store locations and brands.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when on duty.
• Model company values and coach staff; communicate priorities effectively.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and contribute to an inclusive store environment.
• Support management with staffing to execute initiatives and tasks.
• Provide training on internal operational functions and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store meetings and ensure customer service expectations are met.
