Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead store staff in achieving sales, service, and operational goals. You will coach, model company values, and communicate priorities to ensure staff is equipped to maximize business outcomes.

The role supports recruiting, fosters an inclusive environment, and uses store insights to drive decisions. You will train teams on service standards and brand execution across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Able to operate computer and POS system.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Comfortable with shifting between stores/sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals as manager on duty.
• Coach and model company values; communicate priorities to staff.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and foster inclusive store environment.
• Use store reports to drive business decisions and identify opportunities.
