• Assess performance and contribute to annual reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
• Support management to maximize productivity through knowledge and teamwork.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive store profitability and customer experience.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules as needed.
• Maintain organized stockroom and adhere to safety policies.
