Job summary

The Children's Place in Santa Fe, New Mexico is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will manage cash-wrap operations, assist with opening and closing procedures, and serve as Leader on Duty while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.

This role focuses on developing associates, driving store profitability, scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Act as Leader on Duty and represent the brand on the sales floor.
• Develop talent through coaching conversations and feedback.
• Maintain store standards and support teamwork and development.
• Support payroll processing and scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
• Ensure CRE standards and safety requirements are met.
